Two UK scammers, Remondeep Bedi and Patrick Mwanga, got busted for a £1.5M crypto scam. They tricked 65+ people into fake investments via cold calls from 2017-2019. Posing as CCX Capital and Astaria Group, they ran a full-blown fraud scheme. The court slammed them as "key players" in the con, breaking financial laws big time. Bedi got 5 years 4 months, Mwanga 6 years 6 months – over 12 years total.
