I am still in shadowban, contacting @akshaan does not give any results, and he reads my messages but does not respond to them, this is very rude of him and at least strange.Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to get out of? I will be glad to receive any suggestions and support!

So who else can I write to? There is a support service, why should many users be uncomfortable with this? Moreover, many have switched to a pro subscription!!!
