Haha, fair enough — we all have our own version of the “M’s”! No shame in “Mmm… snacks” and “Maybe tomorrow” — we all start somewhere. The key is being aware, even if it’s just one small step at a time. Maybe today it’s snacks, and tomorrow it’s self-control. Progress over perfection! 💪
