A trading system in trading is a predetermined set of rules and algorithms that uses to make decisions about buying and selling crypto. The purpose of a trading system is to provide a stable and controlled approach to making trading decisions, excluding emotions and randomness. This is not way to earn "quickly and a lot", but a tool for managing risks, discipline and strategy over a long period of time. Let's look at the main elements of the trading system: 1. Entry rules - when to open a trade (based on indicator signals, level breakouts or candlestick patterns). This is a clear set of conditions under which you open a position. The rules must be unambiguous, not "by eye". 2. Exit rules - when to close (take profit, stop loss, signal change). It's no less important than entering.

2/2 3. Testing - checking the strategy on past data (backtesting) or in real time without money (forward testing). Test it before using the system for real money. 4. Money management - how to manage capital, how much to invest in a trade, what risk to accept. It's a protection of deposit. Even a profitable strategy can quickly drain the account without proper risk management. Need to know: risk per trade no more 1-2% of the deposit. Psychology/discipline is strict adherence to the system, without improvisation. Even the perfect system doesn't work if the trader violates the rules. Common mistakes: overtrading, doubling the position after a loss, refusing a SL, emotional decisions due to fear or greed. Now we know more about the trading system, but we shouldn't forget that each trader has his own and it's necessary to refine it, analyze mistakes after trading and think about how to improve trading. All this will bring good profit in our favorite terminal @vooi-app!
