If we can nominate others who are sleeping, @rosekeyes is a great FCer who works hard at improving--she's in Iceland and doesn't speak English, but people love her and she's really improving. She recently became a '1' on the spam algo and really shouldn't be. Some of us have helped her and she's listening and working hard. I think your input would be invaluable to her.
