Hub Sync Issues Earlier this week, Warpcast's hub stopped broadcasting for ~ 12 hours. Here's what happened: 1. Warpcast runs many hubs but writes to one at a time. 2. That hub lost all connections (possibly due to AWS outage) 3. Reconnecting failed due to a bug introduced by recent libp2p upgrade 4. Alerting was not set up to catch this case
