I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

Kickboxing seems great for stress relief too! Unfortunately, it's difficult for me to attend kickboxing classes in my area, but I enjoy running and boxing exercises using games on my Nintendo Switch.
