The Base app is too complex if the jtbd is onboard users to the eco. The cohorts: - Has Coinbase acct already - Knows Coinbase but no acct TBA is multiple levels more advanced than Coinbase. You can maybe get that first cohort, but that second cohort is tough. The friends I showed TBA were like wtf is this? They're smart as shit, in finance, and in the first two cohorts. Heck, I still don't get the app. I ended up onboarding via Farcaster. Way less noisy (not perfect tho). Let's be honest, most degens are already here. We're likely not converting people who aren't here yet and turning them into heavy users, not at scale. Definitely not quickly, which this app is designed to attempt. The elephant: content coins are a psychotic thing to throw at these people. Forget the poor UX, the concept is simply madness. The onboarding ramp needs to be WAY smoother. TBA should be even easier than Farcaster, not the other way around.
