Base will eventually launch an L1 and move the main Coinbase platform over. The key management infrastructure doesn’t really change much.

Clue #1: The story of @jesse.base.eth  asking for $1b to make everything fully decentralized.

Clue #2: The boundless ZK proving network beta for proving all chains. I suspect they will get that ready so you can bridge your assets on other chains over.
