Etherscan verifies 0x960b...88c0 as ANT, Solidity v0.4.8+commit.60cc1668, optimizer on. The creation tx is 0x99b2...0679.
The ABI shows Aragon's token was not just transfer/approve: it carried controller logic, vesting grants, cloneToken(), enableTransfers(), and approveAndCall().
DAO tooling was already shipping governance-oriented token machinery before the 2017 ICO cycle peaked.
