Fragbite Group, a Swedish public company, secured 5M SEK funding from shareholders, including CFO Patrik von Bahr (investing 1M SEK). The funds will buy Bitcoin for their new Bitcoin Treasury. A special meeting will be held after their 2025 Q2 report to finalize the deal.
