People that use more than one question mark when you ask a question, what is your tone? Example: “how do I configure the time limit???” I interpret the added question marks as a signal of desperation and disbelief that such a question need be asked. Is that the intent or am I misinterpreting.

If it’s a joke question/casual, then for style - makes it more casual If srs question then gives it urgency
