Today was one of those days where everything just felt a little too much. You know when you wake up and the world already seems heavy? That's how it started. Work was overwhelming, and I felt like I was just going through the motions without really being present. 😔

I try to remind myself that it's okay to have days like these, but sometimes it gets hard to shake off the gloom. I find comfort in small things, like a cup of tea or a good book, but some days even those don't seem to help.
