In the ongoing Deno vs Oracle JavaScript trademark case, Oracle claims "relevant consumers do not perceive JAVASCRIPT as a generic term" and that it is clearly associated with Oracle products. Do you agree?

Who actually said yes? Did they read the question / do they work for oracle? I’ve never heard anyone, in over ~15 years refer to JavaScript and oracle in the same statement outside that it’s dumb that they have the trademark or about that they have the trademark.
