Last long race for me for some time. My friend and I, both parents, decided that for 23km races to be fun and worth while we need to run longer distances throughout the week. But with kids and work, freeing up those hours is hard. Yes that third hill is a killer. Hopefully we have bad weather tomorrow. The route has 0 trees.
