You don’t need gym workouts. You need movement throughout the day.
Try this:
• Walk after meals (10–15 minutes)
• Use stairs instead of lifts
• Stand up every 30–40 minutes
• Do light housework actively
This is called NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis)...... and it burns surprising calories daily.
Even small movement is better than no movement.
