Two hormones.... Opposite rules🔃... Same goal... ☀️ Serotonin = energy & good mood... It increases when you’re in light, especially sunlight... That’s why daytime helps you feel active and positive... 🌙 Melatonin = relaxation & sleep... It increases in darkness. That’s why nights make you feel sleepy and calm... They work like a switch: Light ON → serotonin ON Lights OFF → melatonin ON Problem?? Too much screen light at night or staying indoors all day confuses this system... ✴️Simple rule: Get morning light. Dim lights at night. Respect the rhythm... Your brain already knows what to do...
