Imagine you go for an interview and the HR ask you that… “assuming you are currently working with us and you offered a better pay elsewhere, what will you do?”

What will be your response?

I'll ask what if it is a healthy work environment and one that encourages staff growth (i.e. promotion based on increased value and expertise) if yes, I'm not moving unless the other pay is a higher position with a greater pay. 

But that's for the HR I'm moving without blinking 😂
