Guys, I’ve been having a bad week, first of all I had cramps from Thursday till Sunday, the pain was so unbearable that I couldn’t go anywhere for those days. To now top it all, I started purging on Sunday morning but it stopped in the evening then I got better and was done

Until yesterday when I bought noodles from this guy in my street and since 2am today, I have been stooling😭. I’ve gone to the restroom like almost 15 times today and it hasn’t stopped, I have an exam on Thursday which I am totally unprepared for and I am just so tired right now😔
