Imagine VC doesnt exist. No one is financing high risk, high growth early stage ventures. Pure white space. What would the optimal system/process look like? What wouldn't be included? $degen and / or $warps for most thoughtful contributions.

even people who are living paycheck to paycheck will have SOMETHING left over each week they could potentially allocate this as a drip feed to a start up solving their problem kinda like a gofundme - but instead of all in a lump sum... over time slowly they can turn it off if the team doesn't seem to be progressing
