What can we do different? 

I had a chat with average joes 

And some things that everyone pointed out: 

- Too many jargons
- Too much to process 
- No use-case focused marketing 
- Bad Ui/UX 

But what’s the solution??

The solution is to focus on solving specific problems rather than focusing on making the "tech" more "accessible."

Good product experiences tend to start with "exploratory" UX research, then letting UX strategy drive product decisions :)
