Reflecting on more improvements I could’ve made: - should’ve pulsed instead of blended the cilantro so theres less bits - the oil extraction would’ve been cleaner with a cheese cloth as opposed to a sieve - oh and I also squeezed lemon over the broccoli, which was not in the recipe
