We welcomed Cris for another session. She is already improving her mobility in her shoulders. She reported having osteoarthritis in her cervical spine, a genetic inheritance that also affects her sister Lu. Both have enjoyed the training. Stephane is totally determined to recover 100% of his movements and physical abilities, and the boy Lorenzo is already learning the basics of Calisthenics.
