Have you tried the QR code option as well? This occurs when account have advanced protection turned on. Have you made a change like that before? Let us know, any details you can share will help! 🙏🏻

Our records show you have advanced protection turned on.

To login using your email you need to go to Settings (gear icon on side panel on mobile) > Advanced > Advanced Protection — and turn it off there.
