I wish I was too. Covertly I was working for the kids and what they would like to see and remember. I photographed a lot of my families every year for YEARS. I loved the books on the nightstand and ephemeral things like that. Nothing more ephemeral than facial hair.

There is one true. In 10 years, you won’t love the perfect portrait you love today as much as the candid outtakes. Facial hair or not, keep that in mind
