ETH is a far better SoV in terms of scarcity and digital ownership as compared to BTC. Ethereum is the best network to securely issue, store, transfer and program digital assets. There is no second best. 1 ETH = 1 ETH.

Once we see the super chains , agglayer and based roll ups getting deployed next year the eth network effect will be back in picture . Will get increasingly hard for alt L1 with less liquidity and cumbersome bridges to get any activity.

I agree, but the next thing ppl usually say is that funds get stolen and hacked all the time eg: ftx , bridge/defi hacks etc etc. it's difficult to explain all the nuances and security assumptions.

Both are trying to measure probabilities. When it's low probability and high return it's called gambling and when it's high probability and low return it's called investing. These two are the opposite side of the same coin and cannot be separated.

Not sure, as for $30k you can get a 2021 with low miles , which is pretty much the exact same model as this one. Plus you get 4k tax credit.

Unemployment numbers are always lagging. Also the GDP numbers gets adjusted lower after they are released. By the time all of the weekness shows up in the data it's already too late.
