"Failure is opportunities to learn. The more opportunities to learn the better - we get smarter and can close our blind spots through the things we learned" - @trigs.eth "Examining why things failed is important. Taking the time to examine those blind spots is crucial in order to really process and integrate the lessons we can extract from these failures" Why DAOs are especially valuable for this: "DAOs give us opportunities to get exposure to our blind spots in a collaborative supportive environment - or at least that's the idea" Two approaches to blind spots: 1. Personal improvement: "Take responsibility to learn something new and apply that skill" 2. Outsourcing: "Recognize your blind spot and outsource it to the community" Both paths work. The key is acknowledging the blind spot exists first. Listen to the full discussion: https://x.com/i/spaces/1BdGYZNmDgzJX Join next week: https://x.com/i/spaces/1rmGPvbmrDyxN
