in the email this morning, they directed me to zendesk, which made me create a password then *instantly* changed to deathscreen here:

i only got thru because a friend tipped me off to their support chat. who likely won't answer my reply of "Which collection was it? I will gladly remove the link! Also, my whole *account* is deactivated, not just a single collection"

i am so livid.
