My first thought was that this seems easily debunkable by now, a relic of modernist hubris. But it’s not as clear as cultures & economies shifted online and expensive technology enabled large firms to concentrate power.
The hope though, is that Small makes a comeback using Big’s playbook: technology-enabled concentration around niche solutions.
