Here's what I'd like to see: - Take over Grand between the bridge & Pershing. I could see Grand closed even further south, but keeping Pershing open, at least on non-gamedays, is a good thing. - Stadium up against the tracks (most other renderings I've seen have it as close to the southwest corner as possible) - The above allows the entertainment/plaza to be close to existing retail etc.
