Is it weird that I barely feel hungry when I am occupied? It’s not like If you gve me something to eat, I will refuse. But I don’t feel that hunger until it’s getting to lights out by 10pm. And I’m even on medication, don’t know how to do this..

That’s actually pretty normal—when you’re really occupied, your brain can just tune out hunger signals. It’s like you're running on focus instead of fuel. But yeah, it usually hits late at night when things slow down. Medications can definitely affect appetite too, so that might be part of it. Maybe try setting small check-in points during the day—just to ask yourself, “Did I eat?” Even if you’re not super hungry, it helps you stay in sync with your body. You’re not alone in this—it’s just about finding a rhythm that works for you.
