They don't even care how this affects people's lives and businesses.

You’re absolutely right no other country shuts down the whole Internet 

Not because other countries are more secure, it’s just that they don’t need to silence their citizens to stay in power 🫂

There are no official statements as to why. The unofficial reason is because there are many "cyber attacks" on Iranian banks and exchanges.
My question is are there more cyber attacks on swiss or American banks or on Iranian banks? 
Why is the internet never shut down like this anywhere else in the world?
