Comparing the nutrition of black rice and quinoa last night I realized black rice is only a few net grams of carbs more (1/4 cup serving size) than quinoa. I'm thinking about adding black rice into my weekly lunch rotation of healthy slow carbs currently including switching off between half a sweet potato and quinoa days.
