I succeeded in making lifting a daily habit by completely left curving my approach to it Strongly recommended, takes away half the excuses for flaking out After nearly a year of bench press, pull ups, and picking up a 100lb kettlebell, I’m about to add in shoulder press Might consider adding some other lifts in 2026 if my body becomes conspicuously weird shaped

I never lift enough to get really sore (never have enough time for it, plus no spotter) And the actual lifting is not at all disagreeable Rounds down to 0 suffering for me, effectively all upside I get sad and angry when an injury forces me to pause for a week
