Humans don’t mainly seem to be rational

We have less ways to explain and work through unexplainable and uncontrollable as much as we used to (emotions, esp men)

We can A) choose to work thru it ourselves, B) not deal with it all, C) find someone that can help work on how to improve your mental fitness

I choose C

A is the most used option and if you survive it you may just become superhuman.
