COTTAGE CHEESE MUFFINS WITH CHERRIES No sugar and gluten-free Nutrition per 100 g: 135 kcal / 11 g protein / 4 g fat / 13 g carbs Ingredients: 100 g Gluten-free flour 2 pcs Eggs 400 g Cottage cheese 4 g Sweetener 6 g Baking powder 200 g Pitted cherries Preparation: Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sweetener, and baking powder. Stir until smooth. Add the cherries to the batter. Divide the mixture into molds and place in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30–40 minutes. Let the muffins cool on a rack. Allow them to rest before serving. P.S. If you pour the batter into a large silicone mold, you'll get a wonderful cake.
