New nano tank set up. I took the water and rocks from a beautiful, natural stream locally. 🏞️ I have some activated carbon in a tea strainer for the time being to absorb any unwanted pollutants, just in case there are any. 🧪 I also took a nice Anubias cutting. 🌱

Its coming on! Added a very tiny airfilter to give some flow, java moss, some other plants ive forgot their names now. A silica sand bank at the forefront.  Cant wait to get the shrimp but ill wait a.month or 2 and see how it goes first

Nice scape!  Really pleasant to look at.  I’ve got some of the blue neos in a similar nano tank setup. I think they’re cool and beautiful to look at up close, but the reds and other bright colors really pop and i personally like that better.
