what's the difference b/w $tipn and $noice

Fine since nobody will give you a straight answer, tipn operates with a degen style tipping (recently implemented I believed) revolving around USDC and liking. Noice is configuring amount you want to disperse for likes, replies, recasts and follow I think and you can’t use a bunch of diff tokens for that. No staking on noice yet tipn is trying to separate with that. Noice is getting well deserved attention from eth foundation and base
