The initial plan for the fund is for anyone with professional and other useful skills needed to make the investment club/digital asset focused fund a success as I will handle the taxes and financials but need others to do the things I do not know how to do. Any of the initial members will be general partners and be compensated extra like my self with additional units in a management company funded with the affiliate bonus received when class B members do the sign up bonuses. The next step will be establishing the plan and formalizing the onboarding process as well as hosting weekly streams discussing the funds performance and strategies. Class B members will be active members so we do not need to register with the SEC and all required to log 500 hours to meet material participation which also has tax benefits and participate in tasks at our direction to run the fund properly. The management firm will be used to add compensation for all the work needed to run the club. Members will all do research etc.
