If I can show anyone in the US how to just make a few thousand dollars by switching there paychecks around would you do it? Also if you invest in a investment LLC with me as my goal is to expand my current SMLLC that contains digital assets, private stock in various companies mostly digital asset related like Splinterlands Inc. equity as well as in game assets that are set up to produce yield from mainly land and other passive activities in the game. Also the company owns interests real estate and other interesting private ventures. The previous assets it owned were gold and silver bullion, other real estate interests in large complexes as well as other digital asset focused investments. The goal is to raise capital without using any money other than from bank bonuses so the interest will cost nothing other than a bit of time to switch the payroll around to get he bonuses. I am looking for first general partners that have a skill like I'm a CPA so I need other experts. This will be nuts when it works.

The initial plan for the fund is for anyone with professional and other useful skills needed to make the investment club/digital asset focused fund a success as I will handle the taxes and financials but need others to do the things I do not know how to do. Any of the initial members will be general partners and be compensated extra like my self with additional units in a management company funded with the affiliate bonus received when class B members do the sign up bonuses. The next step will be establishing the plan and formalizing the onboarding process as well as hosting weekly streams discussing the funds performance and strategies. Class B members will be active members so we do not need to register with the SEC and all required to log 500 hours to meet material participation which also has tax benefits and participate in tasks at our direction to run the fund properly. The management firm will be used to add compensation for all the work needed to run the club. Members will all do research etc.

The eventual idea is to have a large fund that spits out cash flow 50% to the members 50% reinvested to ensure it never stops growing and provides for members though out there lives. Part of the fund will be ensuring members are from all over the world as well to gain access eventually to direct investments in many countries where direct real estate and digital asset infrastructure can be combined including gaming and other ideas like having a live trading floor, a place where gamers in the Philippines can live and game while it provides anything needed and accepts the in game currencies as payment after they trade it on the live trading floor that would be open to anyone to exchange gaming currency for a variable fee depending on how easy it is to convert to what we need. The plan is to also own buildings in Puerto Rico, las Vegas, all over southeast Asia, Australia, Caribbean, etc. Also membership will be based on criteria that will benefit the fund not everyone can get in as we want productive members.

Shit this looks interesting starting to open all sorts of socials to set up to monetize every post etc via automatic systems to also tailor it to specific platforms to get the most money and this will prob be more lucrative then I thought bc there are way more out here than originally knew lol. Going to be bringing a lot of investment content as well as digital asset strategies including unique tax planning to help ppl never pay tax again and show anyone willing to learn a very unique way to make extra loot which if ppl do it in want to be the first to start a investment club using this method which will be hilarious bc it will work lol.
