With the development plan set for this week, I want to share my thinking on the other side of the coin: growth, marketing, and collaborations. My philosophy here is simple. I see the Reply app and the $REPLY token as a two-sided engine. A great product drives utility to the token, and a visible, healthy token brings new users and attention to the product. They must grow together. To make that happen, I'm thinking about growth in two main ways: 1. Deep Engagement & Strategic Collabs This is about creating real, tangible use cases and embedding Reply within the Farcaster ecosystem. The recent collaborations with @betrmint and @productclank, the auction on @qrcoindotfun, some promotion from @dau team are perfect examples of this. They introduced Reply to new communities in an authentic way. I'm already in some exciting discussions with other projects to continue this momentum. The goal is to attract users by giving Reply an undeniable purpose in their daily web3 life. 2. Broad Awareness & Community Rewards This is about spreading the word and rewarding belief. I will continue reinvesting my creator rewards back into the ecosystem through @noiceapp tips, @ampsfun activity and strategic DexScreener boosts. This brings eyes to the project and rewards the community for engaging. On that note, I see those of you who have added liquidity to the $REPLY pool. Your early conviction is incredible, and I want you to know I'm thinking about the best ways to reward that support down the line. But First: The Product is Everything Let me be clear: none of this works if the app isn't rock-solid. A smooth, intuitive, and bug-free experience is the most powerful marketing there is. That's why shipping the major update this weekend (with dark mode and history) is my absolute priority. We must reduce user pain before we scale. Looking Further Ahead: X and a Reply Profile I'm planning to begin experimenting more with promotion on X in the coming weeks, once the @ReplyFarcaster account is verified and receive blue mark. I'm also thinking about the role of an official Reply profile on Farcaster. The question isn't if, but how to make it genuinely useful. Should it be a bot that announces when new thought leaders set their price? A feed of recent updates? It needs to be more than just a marketing megaphone. I'm still noodling on this. Finally, after a week of intense coding, I'll be touching some grass from Friday evening to Saturday evening to recharge and clear my head. Sometimes the best ideas come when you're not looking for them. Don't be surprised if I tease you with some nature photos. Thank you for being on this journey.

You really need to think about a Reply channel, because you've been posting in /replyguys for a long time. Reply definitely needs its own channel!
