Coffee is something I absolutely need in my life, like water, while matcha is more like a charger I turn to when I need a boost. 😁

I respect coffee and matcha, but I don't drink them and live without them. I don't know how I managed to do that. But I think it's not very good for my health, and it's not worth it when I don't get any significant effect from it.

I also respect myself for not enjoying this, and everyone whose values differ from mine :) If your life is happy without coffee or matcha, what more could you possibly need! 

As for me, even if something isn’t the healthiest, I love the happiness I feel while enjoying it 🥰
