Ok I just checked @betrmint because I set up an alarm for it! And I hit mint for 20 mints by mistake, I tried to do it again and mint 5 but the button was gone! There were 176 prizes I think
1. If the number of mints are really that low that they finish in a matter of seconds then this isn't practical 
How am I supposed to do it when those who were earlier on this project can afford to mint 20 (52$) and they get more scores!
2. You have to admit that's for more interactions and getting people interested in a good project you have to provide more!
3. This feels like only those who have more money and are way more privileged can be a part of it!
This isn't the first time I tried to mint and engage, even with setting the alarm it doesn't work! And tbh we can't always check everything that goes on here, this place is supposed to be fun and easy not a job 😅
4. I wish I could buy  50m $betrmint to join the gc but unfortunately I'm poor!
I just wanted to address this and I don't wanna be harsh, I know the betrmint team works hard, and ate honest and very helpful!

a quick retrospect on today’s @betrmint round:

First and foremost, the @paragraph integration worked flawlessly ( 👏 @netnose) 

Secondly, we had about 200 mints during the BETR Believers early phase, but then the game ended inhumanly fast when we sent the public notification… like potentially less than 30 seconds?

While this is technically a “good problem to have”, it’s not a fun experience for those who miss and it’s not great for getting new people to join the community. We know. 

A few weeks back, when the games had gotten too fast, we implemented a 5-spin per wallet limit during the early mint phase, and for a time that helped to stretch the rounds out. 

But with the increasing popularity of the mini app, that’s not doing the trick anymore. 

We will now have to implement a spin limit during public as well in order to make it more fair for everyone. We’ll work on this and have it ready for the next round on Wednesday, so please come back and try again!

You’ll still need to be quick I’m sure, but ideally we won’t have rounds that end instantly like today. Sorry for anyone who was frustrated by that today. We are dealing with crushing demand basically, and doing our best to iterate and navigate. 

Also it’s worth mentioning that owning 50M $BETR gets you a 10 min early notification for the rounds and access to an alpha chat, so you are basically guaranteed to get your spins in, plus there is a bonus 25x Jackpot on the wheel when you spin. If you can afford to join our community that way, it’s hands down the best way to avoid frustration on spin days.
