I’ve started taking fiber & creatine every morning in a glass of water and you have to drink it pretty fast or it starts to undissolve, but anyway I have to say I’m really enjoying reliving that “8 year old coming inside after playing outside & gulping down water for 60 seconds without breathing” vibe every day
