How do you define concentrated sell pressure?

Giving a bunch of tokens to one person who is more likely to sell them. So additional token distribution of at best 1, at worst 0, vs the other examples which give token distribution of hundreds to thousands of wallets with a lot less overall immediate sell pressure risk.
