DUNA language for /ensurance DISTRIBUTIONS Ensurance Proceeds are allocated as mission-aligned benefits to members in furtherance of the Association’s nonprofit purpose: protecting and restoring natural assets and natural capital, and supporting those who care for them. Distributions represent reasonable compensation for services rendered and benefits conferred through participation in activities aligned with this purpose, including stewardship, governance, and ecological operations. Proceeds are pooled and allocated pro-rata through the protocol’s value flow system, based on member status and qualifying contributions. All distributions comply with W.S. 17-32-104(c)(i) and (ii) and are not dividends or profit-sharing.
