I try to remember to thank everyone who reports a bug to me about Bracky. 

People are taking their time to tell us what’s wrong rather than just thinking “this product sucks, oh well” and disappearing.

It’s sometimes hard for me to remember to do this, since each bug they report is somewhat painful to experience — it’s embarrassing at the least, and a lot of extra work for you to do at the most. 

But it’s actually a super positive thing for people to do. It’s the only way stuff gets discovered and therefore fixed — amazing to be able to do that process while keeping community together.

I am such a big bracky fan. I appreciate your tip (thanks once again), but I love that you are listening to feedback and that you are responding so often (you don't need to). 

Feels like I am being heard and love that I can make something I like better.
