Concept of “shadow self” keeps coming up around me (Jungian sense). Eg, “What’s the part of yourself you’re afraid of?” Implicaiton that youe not complete to you integrate this

I’ve had trouble answering this question but I do think I *really* avoid / am unwilling to accept boredom.

This passage and some other things have me thinking about what I might be missing by not building up a healthy acceptance / tolerance of boredom in my life.
