1. How does EF plan to ensure Ethereum stays credibly neutral while more governments and institutions show interest in the tech? 2. What are your thoughts on Ethereum culture evolving as more non-technical and global communities join the space?

1. There are multiple organizations working on Ethereum globally and credible neutrality comes from the fact that none of these can change the network in a way that users would not agree with. EF is designed to attract top talent so it can accelerate introduction of changes required by the network. The change initiatives always emerge from the ecosystem discussions and needs. 2. Plurality on Ethereum makes space for evolution and coexistence of cultures. The protocol is neutral.

This balance between open coordination and neutrality is underrated. Every L1 should study this and Ethereum feels less like a product and more like a canvas. Plurality makes it feel alive
