i haven't drunk much coffee in 4 months or so and everytime i do i get jitters now

oh I see. some coffee is stronger than others. if I am not having 2 cups a day for a while and I mix in a random energy drink I get jitters and its the worst. the performance curve of caffeine intake is not gentle after peak
